MANAGEMENT
The continued success of our jobs lies in our superior ability to manage our projects. We strategically plan our activities ahead of time in order to perform the work at the highest quality that we are known for and reduce the risks. Our projects are constantly monitored for schedule and budget compliance to guarantee that we are performing at the highest standards and control risks appropriately.
ENGINEERING
Our engineering department is the backbone of our operations. It provides the technical support required to efficiently, rapidly and safely execute the work all without scarifying the quality of the final product.
MEP
Our projects always involve multiple disciplines working together to deliver a final product. We not only perform the work but also have the skills required to eliminate issues between different trades. Coordination between the three major trades in any project: structural, architectural and MEPFS, is crucial. We set the right communication platform for all trades to take advantage of; this will enable us to deal with future issues before they happen.

UNINNCO has more than 16 years of experience in the field of construction with a wide range of technical services including Turnkey Projects for Residential complexes, Commercial Centers, Towers, Office Buildings, and Palaces.
